TRAINING
- Simplified operations and streamlined menu allow for seamless startup and ongoing management of the business.
- 1 week of training to help prepare you for opening covering recipes, daily operations, technology, local marketing, financial management and management tactics to help you build your team.
- 4 to 5 days of onsite support in your sneakybird before you open.
- Continuous evolution of best practices and SOPs.

Do I have to be an owner operator?
Yes, even if you hire a general manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
Are you looking (only) for people with prior restaurant or hospitality experience?
Not necessarily. We know what it takes to run an efficient restaurant and manage your team – we have been there and done that. We do want to make sure you have realistic expectations of the hours and time needed, but we have engineered this operation to be as streamlined and simple as possible. We are not trying to hide the hard work under a pile of feathers, though, so if you have a hospitality or restaurant background that would make us all feel more comfortable.
Are you looking for owners from other franchise brands?
Absolutely, but not exclusively! Our founders and leadership team have worked with many brands as both franchisees and franchisors. We truly believe a wide variety of owner candidates will enjoy this unique opportunity to join sneakybird.
Can I own more than one restaurant with Multi-Unit (MUDA) or Area Development (ADA) Agreements?
Yes. We believe most owners will operate multiple restaurants and commit up front to additional restaurants.
How many employees are needed to operate the business?
Typically between 4 to 6 employees per shift.
What are the startup costs and what do they include?
Currently, our initial investment is between $303,200 to $597,500 including the $35,000 initial franchise fee. Other estimated costs include 3rd party professional advisory fees, insurance and 3-months of working capital.
