In the heart of North Scottsdale, a revolutionary culinary concept took flight in 2022, spearheaded by seasoned restaurateur, Dan Chaon, and his son, Nathan Chaon. Leveraging Dan’s rich background with senior roles at renowned dining corporations, the father-son duo embarked on a journey to redefine quick craft casual dining. Thus, sneakybird was born, a family-owned haven where flavor meets health, and tradition meets innovation. Following their dream in marching to the beat of their own drums, the sneakybird® team is carving out their new niche in the chicken category.

Our menu is simple yet full of vibrant flavors that you can customize with over 15 handcrafted sauces and dry rubs. Endless combinations mean bold, craveable flavors on every chicken sandwich, tender, slider, or wing order. Try one of our preset flavor combos (like The Founder or Peachy Keen), or build your own with your favorite dry rub + sauce pairing. Your meal is cooked to order and served exactly how you like it.

Every chicken order is served Homestyle—our signature batter and breading that brings the perfect crunch—with a Naked option available for gluten-free guests.

Meals are paired with crispy seasoned tots, or you can substitute with maple sweet potato tots, chilled veggies, or sneaky slaw—our tangy take on classic coleslaw, mixed with a dash of sneaky sauce. (Pro tip: season any tots with your favorite dry rub.) You can also add sneaky slaw to any sandwich, slider, or wrap.
